AI safety researcher Dr. Roman Yampolskiy, while having a conversation about what jobs will be taken over by artificial intelligence, said, “Once we get to general, human-level intelligence, it all goes.” The vision of a future where every occupation ever taken up by mankind ends up being handled by AI instead isn't surprising to most people. Even the idea that such a future could be as close as 2030 isn't uncommonly discussed.
